Shopping Information

What's the cost of shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on our subscription boxes that ship within the USA's 48 contiguous states. International order rates are calculated at checkout. Other store item rates are based on weight and size. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.
When will you ship my order?
If you order today, your box/items will ship within 1 week. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew quarterly.
How long will it take to arrive?
USA orders typically take 5-10 business days to arrive once shipped. However, weather and things out of our control may cause delivery to take longer. Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. International orders vary by distance and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
Where do you ship?
We offer our products worldwide! Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to duties upon delivery.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here you can see your order status and find tracking/delivery information.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, switch to another box, or cancel your subscription.
Can I add extra products to my box?
Yes! Visit our store and use promo code "ADDTOBOX" at checkout. This will waive any extra shipping fees and notify us to include this additional item(s) in your upcoming order or box. Some size and weight restrictions may apply and will be charged accordingly.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the box?
Each box contains 1-5 items depending on the occasion. For example, a heavenly birthday anniversary, yearly anniversary, Mother's Day, Father's Day or special occasion. We can promise you each box will be sent from the heart. Our boxes are beautifully packaged with crinkle paper and/or tissue paper, a gift message, and inspirational keepsake card. There is no need to worry we never include a receipt or billing information!
Can I change, alter, refund or cancel my order?
Any orders that are customized and personalized, we cannot change or alter once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized or personalized products except in the event an item is defective or our error.
